EMAR Intelligence is built on a single conviction: the hardest part of starting an AI company is no longer the technology. It is knowing which problems deserve a company and having the machinery to find out quickly. We run that machinery.
Each venture starts as a problem worth solving, gets proven before it gets built, and leaves behind technology, agents, knowledge, and operating experience that the next venture starts from. Some ventures we originate ourselves. Others we co-found with operators who bring a problem we could not have found on our own.
The model

Studio-originated
We identify the problem, build the product, and turn the ones that work into independent companies.
Co-founded
An operator brings a problem and domain expertise. We bring the engine, the agents, the engineering, and the operating experience. Equity is negotiated per venture.
The studio itself is not raising. Each venture raises on its own, and its card says so when it does.
The name
Enterprise Machine Augmented Reasoning.
It is also Emily plus Arun, which is where the studio started.
